Medication and Health Management
Reminding clients to take their medications on time, observing changes in health, and promptly reporting concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
Companionship
Meal Preparation and Household Tasks
Performing light household duties, including cooking, organizing, and laundry, to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
Errands and Transportation
Assisting with small errands such as grocery shopping and picking up medications, and providing transportation for medical appointments.
Registered Nurses
Our nurses, registered and licensed in New Jersey, conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the health status and needs of our clients. These assessments involve reviewing medical history, current conditions, and overall physical and mental health in order to develop personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
